Job Description
Role purpose:
To manage queries and orders related to digital sales transactions (New & Renewal) and offer professional customer service experience ensuring a smooth customer journey and achievement of sales objectives.
Key accountabilities:
1.Pre-Sale journey Management
- Process E-Commerce opportunities and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure prospect are served.
- Manage the relevant communication channels related to New and Renewal sales channels and(i.e. Sales line, web portal, specified sales branches, online Chat, etc…)
- Coordinate with units to solve customer complaints and issues and follow up on customers orders including changes in coverage, inquiries on benefits and requests for cancellation.
2.Customer Support & satisfaction
- Provide a high level of customer service with professional communication skills.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Bupa Arabia products and services to provide accurate information on networks, treatments, paperwork requirements, and general queries.
- Identify customer needs and align management to evaluate trends.
- Highlight any request /recurring problems that are identified and direct the information accordingly to the correct channels for corrective action.
3.Post-Sale Process Management
- Manage the relationship of new sales customers end to end.
- Coordinate with departments and units to solve customer complaints and issues during the policy activation process, including changes in coverage, inquiries on benefits and requests for clarifications.
Skills
- Good command of the English, Arabic language, and MS Office tools.
- Well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of E-commerce principles and online shopping.
