Future Leaders Program

Bupa Arabia Future Leaders Program aims to attract fresh graduates who demonstrate the resilience, ambition and great potential to become leaders in their chosen professions and fields.

One to two years rotational development program is designed to provide high potential individuals with the knowledge, framework and practical experience to succeed in an accelerated career within the KSA Health Insurance Sector.

Being a part of the Bupa Arabia Future Leaders Program, you will carefully develop through a structured rotational process across the organization, with stretched assignments and a dedicated training and development plan. As you gain a deeper understanding of our business, you will be expected to add fresh perspectives and make significant contributions to your assigned business area.

Candidate Criteria:

• Fresh graduate students with a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Pharmaceutical, Law, Management Information System, Business , Finance, Actuarial Science, Accounting and Engineering.
• Minimum GPA (4.5/5 Or 3.5/4)
• English Proficiency
• Good Communication Skills
• Cognitive Ability
• Management Potential
