Role Purpose:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Communication Designer to lead the development of all visual materials for internal communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PowerPoint, brand-aligned visuals, and digital design tools. This role ensures that complex ideas are communicated in a simple, consistent, and engaging visual format.
Key Accountabilities:
1- Visual Design & Branding:
- Create branded PowerPoint templates, infographics, posters, and reports.
- Ensure consistency with internal brand guidelines.
- Customize visuals to reflect audience and objectives.
2-Content Visualization:
- Transform raw content into easy-to-understand visual formats.
- Use storytelling techniques to build compelling narratives.
- Creative Asset Management:
- Maintain a library of editable assets and templates.
- Ensure up-to-date files are accessible to team members.
4-Digital Skills & Innovation:
- Leverage latest tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and video editing apps.
- Propose visual ideas to elevate routine content.
Skills

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
