Job Description
To support the Provider Relations Department by coordinating recurring internal communications and producing creative and high-quality visual and written materials, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent stakeholder updates across the business
Stakeholder communication coordination:
Coordinate and manage weekly, biweekly, and monthly Provider Relations updates to ensure timely submission and distribution to the right internal business stakeholders.
Content collection & follow-up:
Proactively and professionally follow up with internal team members and other stakeholders to collect required business summaries, meetings outcomes, and inputs within agreed timeline.
Visual & written communication:
Develop creative and professional visual and written materials (presentations, summaries, internal communications) aligned with business agenda and messaging standards using modern tools.
Timeliness & quality control:
Track communication calendar and deadlines to ensure no updates are delayed or missed, and proactively align with line manager for any expected delays or challenges.
Ad-hoc support:
Support additional communication, documentation, and visual requirements as requested by Provider Relations team.
