Role Purpose:
The Engineering Graduate Trainee – PMO role to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology-driven projects across the Medical Insurance and Healthcare functions. The role ensures structured project governance, timely progress tracking, and successful delivery of initiatives that enhance digital capabilities, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
Key Accountabilities:
1- Support Technology Project Coordination;
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project tasks
- Track project milestones and dependencies
- Document risks, issues, and updates
- Update PMO dashboards
2- Ensure PMO Documentation and Governance Compliance;
- Prepare BRDs, charters, minutes
- Ensure template compliance
- Perform documentation quality checks
3- Data Analysis & Reporting;
- Collect and analyze project data
- Build dashboards
- Highlight gaps and risks
4- Stakeholder Coordination;
- Arrange meetings/workshops
- Follow up action items
- Communicate updates professionally
5- Support Technology Implementation Activities;
- Assist in UAT
- Coordinate with IT and vendors
- Track enhancements
6- Continuous Improvement & Learning;
- Learn PMO best practices
- Identify efficiency opportunities
- Support process improvement
