Tamheer Training Program provides fresh graduates with the opportunity to apply academic knowledge and skills in a professional environment and to support/promote the fresh graduate's’ career goals through contacts with professionals in their fields of study. Tamheer Training experience enables to participate in professional activities for Bupa Arabia by working on important and innovative projects. Programs are structured learning experiences where the fresh graduates and our full time professionals work together on projects within their selected departments. The Training assignments allow you to integrate knowledge and skills in manners that are mutually beneficial to you and Bupa Arabia.
To be eligible for the "Tamheer program" you must meet all HRDF's criteria listed below:
-Should be a Saudi national.
-Should have a Bachelor's degree.
-Should not have been employed or registered in GOSI for the last six months.
-Should not be currently employed or studying.
-Should not have previously participated in the Tamheer program.
Skills
Strong academic results.
Good command of the English, Arabic languages, and MS Office tools.
Good Communication Skills.
