Job Description
To execute the processing of per diem allowances for Saudi Aramco employees, ensuring accuracy, full compliance with established policies, and the timely issuance of payments
Request & Documentation Management:
- Receive and verify per diem requests with complete documentation according to Saudi Aramco Guidline.
- Maintain organized and confidential records for audits and reporting.
Per Diem Processing:
- · Calculate allowances based on travel details and prvided documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco Per Diem policies
System & Data Entry:
· Enter transactions into CAESAR
- Track and update request records with 100 % resulotion
Support & Inquiry Handling:
· Respond to employee inquiries (Telephone & Emails) within agreed SLAs.
· Provide a high level of customer service and professional communication skills
· Maintain a thorough knowledge of all departments, Bupa Arabia network, products and services so that customers are provided accurate information on networks, treatments, paperwork requirements, and general queries with confidence at all times
· Highlight any recurring problems that are identified and then direct the information accordingly so that corrective actions can be taken promptly
- Provides customer satisfaction to both internal and external customers and strives to continuously improve service delivery
