Job Description
Role Purpose:
Support the Oracle HCM team in maintaining, configuring, and improving HR system processes within Oracle Fusion HCM. The trainee will assist in HR system operations, data management, testing, and documentation while gaining hands-on experience in enterprise HR technology. The trainee will get involved in the new HCM Talent Management implementation.
key Accountability
1.Support Oracle HCM System Operations:
Assist in monitoring HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, and Talent Management
2.System Testing Support:
Assist in testing system updates, patches, and new configuration
3.Reporting and Analytics Support:
Generate HR reports using Oracle OTBI or standard report
4.Documentation and Process Support:
Prepare user guides and document HR processes:
5.Support engagement with Oracle HCM implementation partner:
Assist in coordinating with implementation partner, track action items, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on deliverables

Technical
- Basic understanding of HR processes
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM (preferred but not mandatory)
- Microsoft Excel & reporting skill
