Job Description
• Verify each stated vacancy against the actual head count for the relevant department to avoid unnecessary recruitment costs
• Utilize the manpower plan and direction from the Recruitment Manager to plan recruitment tasks covering sourcing, interviewing, testing and final selection to ensure company recruitment needs are met
• Produce a recruitment schedule in line with business requirements to ensure manpower planning needs are met
• Utilize sources such as: Job-Portals, Internal/external contacts, references, social networking sites, advertisements, agencies and Search partners to identify high quality potential recruits in line with company specifications
• Receive all the job applications/resumes via the range of channels, sort and classify based on profession and store in the database for retrieval as/when required to generate a pipeline of candidates
• Shortlist candidates for interviews with the relevant BU ensuring candidates meet Business Unit role specifications
• Organize interviews and produce interview schedules, liaising with applicants to provide updates on their schedules and results to ensure clear communication
• Communicate, arrange and administer test/assessments with short listed candidates following the interview stage
• Carry out reference checks in order to validate the information provided by the candidate
• Prepare offers /training agreements and ensure the terms of the offer are based on the specific Grade & Company Policies & Procedures.
• Track all offers (approved/rejected) to ensure clear, accurate communication
• Support the on boarding officer in ensuring that new recruits are landed efficiently within the organization
• Establish and maintain relationships with business Units to stay aware of current and future recruitment need
• Establish and maintain contacts with employment sources such as: colleges, employment agencies, search firms, and other organizations in order to provide them with information on BUPA’s recruitment needs and to help brand BUPA Arabia as an employer of choice for high quality candidate
• Provide the Recruitment Manager with a weekly recruitment progress update including current vacancies vs available candidates, candidate progress through the recruitment process, numbers of candidates recruited, and any issues or problems identified
• Support the Recruitment Manager in maintaining and increasing the Saudization % by utilizing all available channels to identify and recruit high potential Saudis
