Job Description
Provide administrative, logistical, and patient coordination support for medical engagement functions, medication refills, and home-based lab services. This role ensures efficient workflow, patient follow-up, and seamless communication between the medical team and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Internal stakeholder Coordination:
- Confirm virtual consultations for patients requiring medication refills or lab services.
- Assist patients with orientation for Bupa app functions.
- Document patient concerns and forward urgent cases to doctors.
2. Medication Refill Support:
- Prepare prescription refill requests under doctor supervision.
- Coordinate with pharmacies or delivery services to ensure timely medication dispatch.
- Verify patient details and medication lists for accuracy.
3. Home-Based Lab Assistance:
- Arrange appointments for home lab service.
- Ensure service delivery and arrange for lab interpretation with a doctor.
4. Patient Communication & Follow-Up:
- Provide basic instructions (e.g., fasting before labs, medication usage) as pre-approved by the medical team.
- Report patient feedback or non-compliance issues.
5. Data & Inventory Management:
- Maintain digital/physical records of consultations, refills, and lab results (ensuring confidentiality).
6. Compliance & Safety:
- Strictly follow patient privacy laws and organizational protocols.
Skills
- Comfortable with telemedicine platforms, Excel, messaging apps.
- Strong verbal/written communication; fluency in E/A languages.
- Organized, empathetic, and able to work independently.
