Job Description
Role Purpose:
Support the CareConnect team in driving digital healthcare initiatives, service utilization, and operational reporting.
The trainee will assist in project coordination, service monitoring, data analysis, and cross-department collaboration to enhance the delivery and adoption of CareConnect services across Bupa members and SME clients.
Key Accountabilities:
1- Digital Project Coordination;
- Support the team in coordinating digital healthcare initiatives and projects
- Assist in preparing project documentation such as PID and requirements
- Follow up with internal stakeholders (IT, Digital, Operations) on project progress
- Track project milestones and update project status
2- Service Utilization Monitoring;
- Monitor utilization of CareConnect services
- Track usage across different channels (clinic, teleconsultation, instant consultation)
- Support analysis of service adoption trends
3- Reporting & Dashboard Support;
- Assist in preparing performance reports and dashboards
- Compile data from different internal systems
- Support data analysis for SME and member segments
4- Customer Experience Insights;
- Support collection and review of customer feedback
- Identify experience gaps in digital and clinic journeys
- Assist in proposing improvement opportunities
5- Sales & SME Support;
- Support preparation of service materials for sales teams
- Assist in explaining CareConnect offerings for SME clients
- Help analyze SME service utilization
6- Operational Support;
- Assist in coordinating internal meetings and documentation
- Support preparation of presentations and reports
- Follow up on action items across teams
Skills
- Strong interest in digital healthcare and healthcare operations
- Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a cross-functional environment
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
