Job Description
- Assist in administering and monitoring security platforms such as SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, and vulnerability management tools
- Support security event monitoring, alert triage, and incident investigation
- Help onboard log sources, endpoints, and network devices into security platforms
- Assist with vulnerability scanning, reporting, and remediation tracking
- Support troubleshooting of security tool integrations and connectivity issues
Maintain documentation, dashboards, and operational procedures
Skills
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of SIEM, EDR, SOAR, or vulnerability management concepts
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and firewalls
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) is a plus
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skill
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
