candidate will have operational role helping in managing physician schedule, system configurations, data accuracy and cross departmental coordination.
Clinic master scheduling entry
· Entry of clinics schedule in scheduling system module after approvals
· Implement blockages and schedule modifications requests
Physicians privileging
· Maintain physicians’ privileges tracker updated
· Initiate physicians’ privileges for newly hired doctors and update clinical privileges forms for all doctors
Medical Team Communication channel
· Gather feedback from doctors, to provide that feedback to management
Medical Team Communication channel
· Gather feedback from doctors, to provide that feedback to management
Doctors support & orientations
· coordinate andfacilitate Doctors onboarding and ensure alignment between departments while following the policies & procedures.
Post digital consultation services coordination
· coordinate with operations team to facilitate execution of post consultation services requests from digital clinic
Skills
· Strong command of computer technical skills, (excel, PowerPoint & word)
· High communication skills.
· being punctual & always going the extra mile for support.
· Adhere to workplace standards
Education
Related bachelor’s degree, preferred healthcare related
