Job Description

The sr. officer talent acquisition operations will work closely with the talent acquisition team to provide an efficient recruitment service to the business. The role would suit a motivated administrator with a high degree of attention to detail and/or a keen interest in working in talent acquisition.

Accountabilities:                                                  

  • Provide administrative support with the end-to-end recruitment service including candidate engagement, data management, job advertisements, interview bookings and coordinating candidate background checks
  • Assist with administration tasks requirements of major recruitment campaigns
  • Manage high volume candidate applications and enquiries
  • Telephone screen and shortlist applications majority for mass positions
  • Communicate, arrange, and administer test/assessments with short listed candidates following the interview stage
  • Carry out reference checks to validate the information provided by the candidate
  • Prepare offers /training agreements and ensure the terms of the offer are based on the specific Grade & Company Policies & Procedures.
  • Schedule an interview with the hiring manager and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Complete all vetting papers with candidates who meet expectations of the job
  • Provide admin support to the talent acquisition team
  • Providing a customer-focused service to applicants and managers, responding promptly to queries received through the Recruitment inbox and fielding others appropriately.

  • Able to complete a complex administrative task with less supervision

  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Education

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration or any relevant majors
