Role Purpose |
|
To ensure that specific BUPA products are sold to the retail customers based on the leads generated, as per the need of the customer and ensuring that all the sales processes are followed ensuring high customer satisfaction thereby helping the Retail Sales business achieve their targets. |

1 |
Ensure sales of BUPA products for customers |
· Follow set KPI's by team leader for number of calls and proposals. · Plan and execute the sales activities to achieve set target in line with AOP. · Search for new leads by different sources (Net - calls - territory Management - Referals - CRM … etc) · Ensure submitting the quotation within department KPI's (72 hours). · Ensure high standard written correspondences in Arabic & English · Ensure daily and weekly update for the month forecasting & send it on weekly bases · Update the forecast on CRM · Track all sales stages from identification of prospect, calls, meetings, follow ups, pricing and agreement signature, relation · Handling inbound & outbound calls · Maintain awareness of market trends and competitors practices and pass on the intelligence to the retail sales management · Ensure that the incumbant exhibits strong work ethics that help the team perform as per BUPA values. |

Cash Flow Management |
· Ensure premium collection acording to Finance policy · Ensure Preimum collection in accordanceto BA credit control policy · Achieving 100 % of Outstanding collection |

Reporting |
· Ensure that the daily sales report is send to the Team Leader · Ensure that a monthly report of all the accounts that has been won & also the accounts that has been lost. · Maintain awareness of market trends and competitors move · Meet minimum weekly sales call standards and complete all reporting, forecasting in a timely manner |

Customer experience and excellence |
· Ensure that the customer is completely satisfied with the interaction during the introduction |

Legal requirements |
· Comply with all regulatory requirements of SAMA & CCHI to mitigate any compliance risk |
