Job Description
Role Purpose:
To lead and manage the best practices, and standers to provide safe work environment for employees, clients and visitors
Accountabilities:
Safety / Security’ Policies and Procedures Management
- Provide expertise on safety related aspects and recommend amendments to relevant policies, procedures and standards to ensure due coverage of all critical aspects and requirements set by SAMA, MOI and prudetial coverage against all potential security risks.
- Periodically conduct and report risk assessment analysis of the building assignment
- Implement the master plan for the facility
Customer Support and Satisfaction
- Ensure safe working environment for all employees
- Conduct investigation and action plan to resolve safety, security inquiries and relevant issues
- Create safety and security awareness communication in the building
Business Continuity Management
- Execute emergency preparedness activities and plan
- Supervise response to emergency incidents; prepare and submit incident and safety reports
Security/Safety Technology and Systems
- Ensure that safety equipment is properly operated, tested, calibrated and maintained
- Ensure all appropriate records are maintained and available
Servicer Provider Relations
- Establish and maintain a periodic, unannounced inspection program of the building and facilities to assure compliance with the applicable fire, safety, security codes and regulation and in accordance with the SLA.
- Report, coordinate and resolve discrepancies
- Manage and oversee security guarding
