Job Description
· Determine the required operational data and develop end-user analytic Dashboard; build automated systems ( Tableux , BI .. etc ) in collaboration with IT and Digital Factory Teams · Lead the design and implementation of systems and processes to facilitate the collection, Consolidation, analysis, and reporting of all operational Data · Responsible for problem-solving and overcoming challenges in data mining · Oversee and analyze data from Various Resources, conducting of statistical analysis, extremely large data sets in storage, manipulation and extraction, Sequel or SQL, Data Extraction |
· Ensure consistent analysis and reporting for all PA and HS Stakeholders · Develop, prepare presentations / updates regarding PA & HS department · Identifying data gap / Area for improvement to ensure optimum outcomes for all engaged members and share the insight with leaders timely |
· Ensure and drive the analysis Weekly/Monthly KPI reports for PA & HS Department focuses on commercial and operational performance, efficiencies · Lead the development of Written and Graphic presentation · Collaborate with all departments to ensure data from all sources are available for analysis |
· Create provider Utilization Profile ( predictive modeling data ) infrastructure that will drive comprehensive analysis and valuable Directive Insights for the Leadership team · Interact with operational Stakeholders iteratively to ascertain actionable metrics and enable high integrity and accuracy of structured data to track performance toward outcomes and set targets optimal service and experience delivery |
Skills
· BS in finance/accounting/administration (preferably in health-related sciences), Computer Science MIS · A clear understanding of medical terminologies · Any programming, Database design or analysis certification is a plus |
· Expert level with data visualization, Framework, and Tableux and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint ( power query, VB and Macro programming ) · Healthcare organization experience is a plus · Strong logical, analytic, Presentation, assessment and interpretation skills · Advanced Cognos Skills Certification in Business intelligence concept and technique (Oracle, SQL, Programming .etc ) · Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent follow up skills · Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment |
· Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience demonstrating a working knowledge of data analytics, mining, and reporting. |
