Sr. Officer – IT Governance

To support the reporting of governance priorities and performance to ensure IT systems and processes are in line with governance frameworks and successful level of maturity in place.

IT Governance Frameworks and Standards

• Maintain the Implementation of Cobit5 framework
• IT documentation as a deliverable in line with standards
• Support ISO implementations to facilitate the meetings with ISO consultants and processes owners and publish the approved documents and share with all stakeholders.
• Create and share status reports with the management

SAMA Cyber Security Framework

• Maintain the maturity level of BA complying with SCSFW per SAMA’s requirements
• Monitor the controls implementation and update status reports

Business Process Management

• Identify and enhance IT process bottlenecks
• Apply controls on current processes and documentations.
• Enhance the current process designs and discuss recommendations with teams.
• Research and support in development initiatives

IT Policies and Procedures

• Support in creating and reviewing IT documentation for policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Corporate Governance , Assurance Group Committee and other committees for follow-ups, review and approval of documents.
• Support periodic validation on IT policies, procedures and documents.

IT Audit Reports

• Support the activities with external and internal audit as needed to achieve audit requirements.
• Align and follow up with IT teams to comply with audit observation based on closures criteria and due dates.
• Support audit reports creation.

Risk Management

• Coordinate with Risk, IT and related functions to capture and maintain the IT KRIs
• Align with the IT teams to update the KRIs weight in alignment with the risk management policy
• Follow up with IT team to capture RBS inputs
• Coordinate with Change Management team and other IT functions to support and update risks on department and function levels.

• Experience in IT governance framework, standards, audit practices, risks activities, processes and documentations.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Cobit2019, ISO 20K, ISO 27K, ISO 9K and Project Management knowledge is Plus.
