Job Description
Role Purpose:
To identify, design and deliver clear, engaging key corporate messages through various integrated communication channels that enable employees to make a sound, informative business decisions.
Accountabilities:
Communication channels
- Manage delivering the new Internal communication strategy (transition plan) across Bupa Arabia with key stakeholders
- Execute all activities and campaigns within the agreed time frame with key stakeholders based on set annual calendar of activities
- Ensure all internal communications are clear, well timed, engaging, of a high quality and consistent with Bupa Arabia’s brand image, rules and guide lines in terms of content and style
- Manage all internal communications channels based on the internal communications guidelines, including writing, editing (Culture & Engagement communications, chief executive teams Updates, Weekly updates)
- Deliver all communications through the suitable communication channels after assessing each
Internal events and meetings
- Organize and execute all internal celebrations not restricted to (employee’s performance, tenure and corporate achievements) by planning and budgeting all expected and unexpected events that might take place during the year
- Organizing all internal meetings concerning chief executive team and leadership teams not restricted to (breakfast meetings, management and leadership meeting) by coordinating and managing all the logistics and collecting, editing and polishing required presentations
- Design and execute all internal branding plans for the internal activities in alignment with the different campaigns planned in order to maximize their impact and properly represent them internally.
Project representation for internal communications
- Proactively seek opportunities to advise on communications issues and look for exciting solutions
- Develop internal communications plans for a range of projects, initiatives and campaigns, and implement them
- Represent internal communications on projects as required to ensure that project managers take note of internal communication needs
Electronic platforms and magazines
- Responsible of managing, editing and updating Bupa Arabia’s Internal communications channels and platforms, making sure that it represents the required image and standards.
- Strengthen Bupa Arabia’s Internal Image through featuring the full activities that the company is running throughout the year
Reporting and Feedback
- Develop regular feedback channels to promote cross communication within Bupa Arabia and to ensure that engagement is being delivered well. Example: e-surveys
- Monitor the results of the feedback and reflect it on future projects to ensure continuous improvement in communications/campaigns
- Conduct quarterly report to advise senior management on sensitive and complex internal communications challenges, including crisis communications
This position will require travel across different locations 40 - 50 % of the time.

- Fluent in English and Arabic, written and spoken
- Experience in translating and communications
