Job Description
Culture & Engagement:
Attend monthly check-in with Regional department
Supports/collaborates in any org. & departmental wide initiatives within the region
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Serves candidates by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
Greet our new joiners personally in their 1st day and take them around for office tour
Introduce new joiners and Involve the team
Make sure employee’s office equipment before starting (access card/parking card/PC or desktop PC)
Facilities Management:
Ensures employees compliance with BUPA safety and security protocols.
Check frequently ladies areas: office, gym, prayer room, etc.
Make sure that our receptionist maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges, etc.
HR Ops:
Helping manage the leavers with their termination process by supporting them to complete the clearance form, submit insurance card, badge, etc.
Informs RUH team by answering or referring inquiries.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to Bupa policies
Other:
Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Assists in planning and arranging events, including organizing catering, venue, etc.

Experience in Human Resource Management, HR practices
