Job Description
Role Purpose:
Responsible for all new & renewal accounts Enrollments. Handling the contracts Set-up and members upload on the system, solving the general issues, complaints and Inquires that related Enrollments and handling the changes in the product during contract period.
Accountabilities:
Operations
- Creating accounts on the system (set-up process & Upload members)including high accuracy of setup and uploading members in system and production process.
- Handling general issues, complaints and Inquires that related to contract and member level.
- Maintaining a satisfactory quality of processed accounts (as per agreed percentage).
- Contributing in a process enhancement related to our department and other departments.
Internal and external Communication
- Respond to all internal queries on the status of all job requests.
- Build relationships and coordinate with other departments, particularly the Sales department, pricing department and IT to ensure clear communication
Skills

- Medium level on Microsoft office
- Beginner on web applications
- Good spoken and written communication skills ( bilingual )
