Job Description
- Analyze data from a employees’ engagement survey and develop initiatives to enhance culture and engagement
- Research best practice in culture and engagement and localize them for Bupa Arabia
- Act as a relationship manager to other departments by arranging Monthly check-ins with in order to follow up and support the departments’ engagements initiatives
- Draft internal communications relevant to engagements initiatives
- Develop employee benefit programs
- Develop, organize and innovate organizational initiatives to increase engagements and enhance culture
Skills
Must have strong excel and ppt skills and a good speaker.
