Job Description

 

Accountability:

Collection Operations

Align with the company representative on the various procedures that they need to follow when the contract is signed with the Corporate

  • Ensure all premiums are collected as per the timelines agreed
  • Ensure all updates & deletions are done in the membership databases and when required
  • Co-ordinate with internal departments to align membership data & premium calculation to help the department get the premiums on time
  • Ensure that the premiums are received and confirmed with the bank before the membership cards are released

Reporting

  • Inform supervisor & Finance department of the achievements daily to give visibility on the delinquencies
  • Update records if debt has been settled

Skills

  • At least 1-year relevant experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Excel knowledge & Business Communication
