Job Description
Accountability:
Collection Operations;
- Align with the company representative on the various procedures that they need to follow when the contract is signed with the Corporate
- Ensure all premiums are collected as per the timelines agreed
- Ensure all updates & deletions are done in the membership databases and when required
- Co-ordinate with internal departments to align membership data & premium calculation to help the department get the premiums on time
- Ensure that the premiums are received and confirmed with the bank before the membership cards are released
Reporting;
- Inform supervisor & Finance department of the achievements daily to give visibility on the delinquencies
- Update records if debt has been settled
Skills
- At least 1-year relevant experience
- Good communication skills
- Excel knowledge & Business Communication
