Job Description

Role Purpose:

To provide a competent, courteous, efficient and proactive response to all calls that come to BUPA Arabia internally and externally, with a high level of quality that is in line to the image & standards of BUPA.

 

Key Accountabilities:

1- Calls handling

  • Provide a high level of customer service and professional communication skills
  • Keep records of calls placed and received, and of related toll charges
  • Offer special assistance to persons such as those who are unable to dial or who are in emergency situations
  • Send notification email in case of no answer and follow up
  • Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and sorting mail.
  • Escalates complaints to proper channels

Skills

Skills:

  • Customer Service, Call Center Agent, ability to communicate clearly, read and write effectively; in English and Arabic.
  • Able to multitask and work well under stress
  • Strong trouble shooting, problem-solving and analytical skills

Education

Business Administration, English Language, MIS, or any relative majors
