Job Description
• Coordinate appointments and meetings to manage Finance SMT calendars and schedules.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations for Finance SMT.
• Handling correspondence, including emails, phone calls business visitors for Finance SMT.
• Support in organising company events and conferences initiated by Finance Department, such as offsite meetings and events.
• Order stationery for SMT Offices for smooth function and operations• Prepare emails, presentations, and announcements for Finance SMT
• Process invoices for Finance SMT (travel & other expenses)
• Maintain procedures and office administrative systems
• Support Finance SMT with internal operations (vacation planning, follow up with approvals etc)
• Back up for PR’s submission and PO’s invoices in the system
