Job Description

To attract and recruit the best available talent by supporting the identification of needs, sourcing candidates, administering the recruitment process and supporting selection of candidates utilizing BUPA Arabia’s recruitment policies, practices and procedures and in line with Saudi Labor Law to achieve recruitment and selection objectives.

 

Accountabilities:                                                  

  • Verify each stated vacancy against the actual head count for the relevant department to avoid unnecessary recruitment costs
  • Full cycle recruiting from beginning to end: sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, offers, background check, etc.
  • Work with a high-volume number of requisitions
  • Produce a recruitment schedule in line with business requirements to ensure manpower planning needs are met
  • Maintains strong pipeline of qualified candidates and cultivates strong network of passive talent
  • Short list candidates for interviews with the relevant BU ensuring candidates meet Business Unit role specifications
  • Organize interviews and produce interview schedules, liaising with applicants to provide updates on their schedules and results to ensure clear communication
  • Communicate, arrange, and administer test/assessments with short listed candidates following the interview stage
  • Carry out reference checks to validate the information provided by the candidate
  • Track all offers (approved/rejected) to ensure clear, accurate communication
  • Establish and maintain relationships with business Units to stay aware of current and future recruitment need

  • Must have the expertise of mass hiring
  • Detail-oriented; well-organized
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Must have the ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and procedures
  • Able to adapt to competing time sensitive demands.
  • Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
  • The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information

Years of Experience 

  • 3 - 5 years of experience delivering substantial results in high volume hiring sourcing (Mass Recruitment)

Education

Human resources management, industrial engineering, information system, or any relevant majors
