Job Description

  • Manage the disciplinary process to ensure all policies and the labor laws are followed including but not limited to investigations, implementation of the appropriate actions for disciplinary process, apply the penalty table in accordance with the labor law & Employee guide.
  • Investigate and take appropriate disciplinary action on violating employees according to the labor law and HR policy.
  • Lead committees on employee discipline and grievance to ensure all views are considered, company polices are followed and the labor law is adhered.
  • Update disciplinary actions for all staff in the HR system.
  • Ensure that Probation period is ended or extended in the system as per business feedback validated by HR.
  • Prepare End of contract letters as per business feedback after validation from HR if they choose to not renew the contract.
  • Act as a contact person for legal cases and follow up with internal legal team on best solution to protect company interests.
  • Revise contracts with legal department to ensure company is abiding with labor laws.

  • Advise departments and Line Managers on the implementation of HR policies and procedures as well as labor law to support compliance.
  • Provide advice and counsel employees seeking guidance on either personal or work-related issues in order to grow and maintain employee motivation and commitment.
  • Manage the Speak Up cases and take appropriate actions where necessary.
