Specialist – Digital Platforms Performance

- Key Accountabilities:

1. Data Management;

• Determine the required digital data and develop end-user analytic Dashboard; build automated systems ( Tableux , BI .. etc ).
• Lead the design and implementation of systems and processes to facilitate the collection, consolidation, analysis, and reporting of all digital data.
• Responsible for problem-solving and overcoming challenges in data mining.
• Oversee and analyze data from various resources, conducting of statistical analysis, extremely large data sets in storage, manipulation and extraction, Sequel or SQL, data extraction.

2. Data Analysis and Interpretation;

• Ensure and drive the analysis Weekly/Monthly KPI reports focuses on commercial and operational performance, efficiencies.
• Lead the development of written and graphic presentation.
• Collaborate with BI to ensure data from all sources are available for analysis.

3. Data Reporting;

• Ensure consistent analysis and reporting.
• Develop, prepare presentations / updates regularly.
• Identifying data gap / area for improvement to ensure optimum outcomes for all engaged members and share the insights with leaders timely.

4. Operational Predictive Analysis;

• Responsible for the development of predictive models that will derive insights.
• Provide business managers fact-based recommendations and forecasts related to predictive analytics.
• Interacting with leadership to create high-impact, data-driven projects that align with corporate initiatives.
• Developing knowledge base of industry/market trends and analysis of their impact and potential for new business.

- Education:

• Computer Science, MIS or Data management related.
• A clear understanding of medical/digital terminologies.
• Any programming, Database design or analysis certification is a plus.

- Experience Fields:

• Expert level with data visualization, Framework, and Tableux and Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (power query, VB and Macro programming).
• Healthcare organization experience is a plus.
• Strong logical, analytic, presentation, assessment and interpretation skills.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent follow up skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

- Years of Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience demonstrating a working knowledge of data analytics, mining, and reporting.
