Managing troubleshooting skills in Active Directory ( user , computer, OU , AD roles)
Active directory managing roles and troubleshooting issues related computer, user and other objects.
Resolve logon related issues.
Managing & Troubleshooting for Active Directory Group Policy
Centrally managing User profile, Limiting access to system, centralized desktops, deployment of applications
Good Experience in Scripting (Batch, PowerShell, VBS )
Making logon script, map drives, querying information from Active directory. importing data to Active directory
Managing & Troubleshooting in Virtualization technology (VMware , Hyper-V)
Creating VM's, setting network configuration, tune up the system performance etc.
Managing and Troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Exchange 2013/2016 (Mailbox, CAS, DAG)
Managing Capacity, creating mailboxes , databases, controlling user Quota, trouble shoot connectivity, message delivery,
Make sure High Availability configurations,
Knowledge in Tele Communication and its software’s (Fax, Telephony, SMS etc.)
Manage and trouble shoot SMPP message communication, regularly contact vendor and confirm the credits availability
Manage and troubleshoot, configure Digital Faxing (Rightfax). Manage & Troubleshoot Telephone and Fax integrations with existing system.
Telephone system issues.
Knowledge in Networking components (DHCP, DNS, Network Routes)
Configure DNS system trouble shoot DNS related issues. Manage DHCP server and Network Scope, trouble shoot and inform network team any issues
Knowledge in Networking concepts Routing, Gateway, Subnets
Deploying Application and update thru System Center Configuration Manager.
Knowledge in configuring and managing Backup (Tapes, Virtual Drives, Policies, schedules and retentions)
Monitoring managing configuring policies, Make sure availability of tapes and regular cleanup, Schedule backups confirm backup status.
Office Application installation and its component installation skills for DB connectivity
Install Office application including Visual basic, outlook etc. on servers based on requirement from business.
knowledge in Installing , configuring and troubleshooting Citrix XenApp Citrix Application Virtualization
Windows server 2003/2008/2012 installation and configuration troubleshooting skill
Windows Client installation troubleshooting,
Configuring Windows Network Load Balancing, Clustering,
Knowledge in Right Fax ( SIP Technology )
Knowledge in VDI Solutions. (Horizon/Microsoft)
Knowledge in office 365, (Skype, Office, OneDrive)
Knowledge in Rights Management System concepts
Configuring Outlook and Troubleshooting mailbox issues/ Mail routs
Print server management, (Access control/Troubleshooting)
Files server management (file permissions/ownership Auditing)
Skills
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science of Computer Engineering
• Technical certification from known IT vendors such as MCSE or MCSA or CCNA
• Any relevant fields
• Experience in latest Windows infrastructure e.g. Windows Server 2008/2012, Active Directory, Exchange 2010, Hyper-V, SCCM,SCOM etc.
• Experience in Data Center operations
• Experience in User support
• Knowledge in Network Admnistration
• Understanding of ITIL framework and other IT operations best practices
• Minimum 5 year in IT System administration, troubleshooting, support and maintenance
