Job Description
- Plan and execute the sales activities to achieve set target in line with AOP.
- Search for new leads by different sources (Net - calls - territory Management - Referrals - CRM … etc).
- Ensure submitting the quotation within department KPI's (72 hours).
- Ensure high standard written correspondences in Arabic & English.
- Track all sales stages from identification of prospect, calls, meetings, follow ups, pricing and agreement signature.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor’s practices and pass on the intelligence to the retail sales management.
- Ensure premium collection according to Finance policy.
- Ensure Premium collection in accordance with BA credit control policy.
- Ensure that the daily sales report is sent to the Team Leader.
- Ensure that a monthly report of all the accounts that has been won & lost.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitors move.
- Meet minimum weekly sales call standards and complete all reporting, forecasting in a timely manner.
- Ensure daily and weekly update for the month forecasting & send it on weekly bases.
- Update the forecast on CRM.
- Ensure that the customer is completely satisfied with the interaction during the introduction.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements of SAMA & CCHI to mitigate any compliance risk.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant major.
- Fresh graduate up to 5 years of experience in sales or any relevant function.
- Ability to conduct business in English and Arabic language.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills.
- Drive to perform at high levels.
