Job Description
- Support to enhance and maintain system manuals, user guides and training material for all system related processes and workflows.
- Track and follow up on the progress of the PIDs submitted to ensure development and completion on time.
- Coordinate with team on development and implementation plans for the agreed projects or developments to increase the automation level of internal sales workflow.
- Support the testing and release process for new projects.
- Support in reporting of weekly/monthly analysis dashboard for department projects and help with recommendations.
- Prepare the monthly and annual forecasts for Digital Sales channels.
