Job Description
- Manage assets lifecycle from procurement, maintenance contracts and maintenance renewals.
- Manage support and maintenance contracts with 3rd party vendors to ensure all contract are aligned and updated as required.
- Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers,
- Maintain and update list of suppliers, including: their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
- Negotiate the best deals for pricing and supply contracts.
- Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
- Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Supplies and Logistics Management or similar courses.
- 1-3 years of Experience in Procurement
- Good interpersonal skills dealing with external and internal customers.
- Strong computer skills with solid background in Microsoft applications.
- Problem solving skills.
- Good in stress management.
- Fluent in English.
