Job Description
The Senior Manager – Financial Analysis will manage the commercial aspects of the business, own TPA business claims projection, commercial analysis and periodic reporting, while supporting and strengthening the reporting, analysis and forecasting capability to enhance and automate the function processes.
Responsibilities
Business Intelligence and Analysis
- Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) with clear flagging of emerging problems in a timely fashion.
- Support the business with strategic initiatives and financial guidance to enhance the positioning and performance
- Conducting cost analysis, benchmarking, and risk assessments
- Develop financial projections and build financial models.
Reinsurance
- Own reinsurance contracts, (IHP, ASO & BI) by building and maintaining processes and revising agreements periodically
- Ensure best practices related to financial reconciliations
Business Reporting
- Develop and calculate corporate surplus distribution
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and rules
- Build and update Provider payment cash flow cycle
- Assist with proposals, planning, budget creation, and special projects
- Conducting cost analysis, benchmarking, and risk assessments
TPA
- Enhance TPA models that are capable of drilling claims analysis and address client request and expectations
- Update TPA financials, reporting and other analysis.
- Coordinate and act as a single point of contact with the client external Auditors
People Development
- Responsible for the team career planning, development and growth.
- Conduct ongoing 1:1 performance feedback sessions and coaching.

- 5-12 Years
Skills Required
- Strong MS office skills.
- Extensive knowledge of statistical modelling techniques such as regression, seasonality analysis and other prediction techniques.
- Strong data management and analytical reporting skills.
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Process and results oriented
- Good understanding of the business drivers.
Other Requirements
- BSC Degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuary, Consultant or other related major.
