Job Description
The ideal candidate will lead the Company’s Digital Transformation agenda. This role will champion the implementation of the company’s ERP system, Business Intelligence, and also revolutionize the company’s finance systems & capabilities. The role will also master the Company’s Big Data initiatives, introduce Artificial Intelligence into the Organization, and complete the identified automations ingenuities (including RPAs and systems).
Responsibilities
- Act as the Business Champion for the Company’s Finance ERP and BW / BI implementation
- Spearhead the Company’s finance digital transformation agenda, including: AI, big data, analytics
- Oversee the company’s RPA program, including: feasibility studies, while ensuring identified robots are developed and rolled out successfully
- Ensuring identified PIDs are successfully developed and rolled out within identified deadlines
- Lead and develop the Systems Solutions team in relevant areas
- Represent the main focal point between Finance, IT, and Digital
- Maintain and enhance existing finance systems (Commission, Collection, Portfolio Management, pricing systems, etc.)
- Understand business needs and objectives to optimize business performance through identifying system / data opportunities and insights
- Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting to address business problems of various complexities
- Select, configure and implement scalable analytics solutions across the data lifecycle (data source, data management, data quality, insights)
- Identify, scope and develop reporting requirements from existing systems; and enhance existing company system generated reports
Skills
Qualifications
- Solid experience in data analysis and reporting; industry experience in the banking / insurance sector is a plus
- Bachelor in Computer Science / MIS related
- Master’s / MBA degree from a reputable university a plus
- Other relevant certifications a plus
- Experience in managing ERP implementations, preferably with Oracle finance modules
- Leading and engaging cross functional teams effectively
- Strong analytical, technical and creative thinking
- Demonstrated senior level engagement
- Ability to stay current with business and industry trends
- Ability to identify KPIs / metrics requirements
- Ability to communicate business opportunities and business value
- Additional experience in finance / accounting / auditing a plus
- Superb communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
