Senior Manager - Business Continuity Management

The Senior Manager -Business Continuity Management will lead the organization’s BCM activities, and assure compliance status against the regulatory requirements of BCM.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Review and update the business continuity policy in consultation with CISO periodically
• Review and update the BCM Manual and BCM Strategy periodically
• Manage the periodic risk assessment exercise of critical sites/offices, primary & secondary data centers, BCP site (s) and ensure that adequate controls are in place to mitigate the identified risks
• Manage periodic business impact analysis exercise of the departments/business units
• Review, update and implement the recovery strategies
• Manage development, implementation and maintenance of the department(s)/business units  Business Continuity plan (BCPs) and Crisis Management Plan (CMP)
• Ensure the IT DR Plan is reviewed and updated periodically
• Arrange/conduct training and awareness sessions for BCP,IT DRP and CMP Teams

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in same activities.
• Certified CISP, CISM, CISO, ISO27k1, CCNA, MCSE or any related.
• Team management experience.
• Project management capabilities.
• Critical Thinking skills.
