Role Purpose:
Leading and providing specialized expertise for innovative initiatives at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and analytics, with a primary emphasis on guiding the planning, execution, and successful completion of integrated projects that advance our revenue cycle management and health informatics strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
1- RCM Projects Leadership;
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital, system integration, and data projects.
- Ensure projects align with organizational goals and contribute to the overall success of the revenue cycle management and health informatics strategy.
- Solving complex problems by giving scientific based solutions & recommendations based on experiences.
- Continuously assess project risks, ROI, and resource needs, adapting strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Grow a collaborative mindset among team members, encouraging cross-functional cooperation for integrated project success
2- Collaborative Integration Excellence;
- Facilitate seamless collaboration among internal systems, partner providers, and Bupa systems, ensuring streamlined billing and data exchange with agreed-upon standards.
- Work closely with the Digital team to integrate systems effectively, with a special focus on NPHIES integration.
- Enhance and maintain effective communication channels with Mega providers, Mega Customers, Suppliers and vendors
- Effectively manage smooth process flow of internal and external inquiries and requests to provide scientifically based solutions.
3- Advanced Analytics and Predictive Modeling;
- Drive the implementation of innovative analytics and predictive modeling techniques to anticipate health trends and behaviors.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and analysts to develop sophisticated models that proactively predict potential health scenarios.
- Utilize predictive models to inform strategic decisions, providing valuable insights into future healthcare needs.
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of predictive models, iterating and refining as necessary to enhance accuracy.
4- Business opportunities and Process Optimization;
- Oversee the meticulous creation, maintenance, and distribution of core Revenue Cycle metrics performance reporting.
- Implement process optimization initiatives, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to enhance digital, integration, and data projects..
- Implements identified automation while maintaining quality standards/metrics which improve the customer experience
- Implements and adheres to a project/process methodology to mature the the team’s ability to deliver high-quality solutions.
5- Best Practice Implementation;
- Drive and promote the implementation of best practices in business intelligence and analytics.
- Represent the RCM team with technology providers, contractors, and consultant organizations involved in assigned projects.
- Engage in developing clarifications and comprehensive testing protocols for new projects related to revenue and data management.
- Monitor and ensure that all healthcare solutions meet regulatory and quality standards.
6- Leadership Capabilities;
- Ensure and facilitate goal setting manage and constantly review individual performance .
- Provide regular feedback, coaching and development .
- Motivate, empower and enable direct reports by providing the necessary tools and support required to achieve the organizational development objectives .
- Providing leadership and on-going training and development to create a positive team environment .
- Manage transformation and adaptation of team to new service delivery modules.
- Provide leadership, professional guidance and directions to the assigned team members.
- Preparing KPIs for the team performance.
- Build the capabilities of the team members.
