Job Description
Role Purpose:
To lead the implementation, management, enhancement, and ongoing support of Oracle ERP applications across Bupa Arabia, ensuring the ERP ecosystem effectively supports Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Claims Operations and other business functions while driving process optimization, digital transformation, and overall business efficiency.
Key Accountabilities:
1- Strategic & Leadership;
- Define ERP roadmap aligned with business strategy and transformation goals.
- Lead Oracle ERP initiatives, upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.
- Manage ERP governance, controls, standards, and best practices.
- Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
- Manage ERP team members, consultants, and project resources
2- ERP Implementation & Support;
- Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Oversee implementation of Oracle ERP modules (Financials, Procurement, SCM).
- Ensure system stability, availability, and performance.
- Manage configurations, customizations, user roles, workflows, and integrations.
- Ensure strong change management, testing, and release control.
- Supervise resolution of incidents, service requests, and enhancements
3- Business Process & Optimization;
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Standardize and automate processes across departments.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Improve user experience and system adoption through training and guidance.
- Support audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
4- Stakeholder Collaboration & Enablement;
- Manage Business stakeholders , Oracle, and other support vendors.
- Oversee licensing, renewals, and budget planning.
Skills
- Experience in leading ERP(On-Prem and Cloud) implementations, rollouts, or upgrades.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional ERP teams and consultants.
- Strong vendor management and partner coordination skills
- Strong skills in issue management, incident handling, and SLA governance.
- Experience managing patches, enhancements, and system stabilization.
- Ability to define test strategy, UAT management, and production deployment controls.
- Healthcare Experience is an added advantage.
