Job Description
To maintain the continuous improvement system and processes by identifying and developing improvement targets for all areas of the department to achieve operational efficiency, productivity and savings target
Process Enhancements
- Develop claims management policy, processes and procedures (Standard Operating Procedures SOP) to be used as reference and for improvements
- Initiate process improvements to drive efficiency across all areas of the department
- Identify and quantify the quality defects and determine appropriate preventive and corrective actions
- Recognize waste, root cause analysis and implement process improvements & digital solutions
- Recognize opportunities for process/system enhancement to have benefit from solid statements, improved process effectiveness and quality
Project Management
- Lead projects to execute identified process improvements and report ongoing activities to management
- Develop project initiation documents and change requests based on project management strategies to ensure completion of project based on time, cost, scope and quality
Executive Dashboard and Reporting
- Create department and process performance and utilization dashboards for management reporting to identify areas that need to be addresses
- Utilize dashboard to monitor provider performance to monitor batches submission and report non-compliant providers with PR team to ensure provider compliance
People Management
- Coach and provide teams with necessary tools and support required to achieve development objectives
- Design programs to build department capability and ensure corporate and regulatory compliance
- Provide on going feedback to teams for continuous improvement and identify training needs
Skills
- Managerial and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Power BI & Cognos
- Excellent communication skills (English and Arabic)

Education
Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Operation Management or Industrial Engineering
