Job Description
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to gather information from subject matter experts.
• Create clear, concise, and comprehensive BRDs that outline business objectives, scope, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure BRDs accurately capture business rules, workflows, and data flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving internal systems and processes
• Propose and design internal systems solutions to address business needs and optimize operations.
• Conduct testing and validation of the developed solutions to ensure they meet the specified requirements.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of internal systems, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed.
• Plan and execute testing activities to ensure that business requirements are accurately implemented.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications.
• Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing to validate system functionality and performance.
• Identify and document defects and work closely with development teams to resolve them.
• Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving non-technical system issues that arise during day-to-day operations.
• Investigate and analyse system issues reported by end-users and stakeholders.
• Provide timely and effective resolutions to minimize impact on business operations.
• Document issue resolutions and maintain a knowledge base for future reference.
Skills
