Job Description
To deliver the healthcare partnership and support projects in order to ensure Bupa Arabia member moves smoothly between different parts of the health services
Continuity of care core services
- Liaise with medical and non-medical staff internally and externally to ensure quality healthcare service for our members
- Support the members with managing their chronic health conditions
- Guide admitted mothers during prenatal and postnatal for a healthy maternal journey as well as provide support for the admitted children.
- Comprehensive review of all the medications to ensure that medications being added, changed or discontinued are carefully evaluated.
- Provide one-on-one support to family caregivers and help them to better understand the medical condition and responsibilities of caring of the admitted member.
- Comprehensive review of all the medications and the recommendations at discharge.
- Provide pre- and post-operative care to ensure high quality health outcome.
- Support other team members in any healthcare services activities and projects
Customer Experience
- Ensure the best customer experience and high NPS in line with Bupa values and business strategy
- Monitor any failures and bottlenecks in the customer experience and share it with leadership
Healthcare Projects
- Support delivery of healthcare projects and initiatives launched
- Conduct Outreach programs and participate in healthcare campaigns to promote healthcare partnership and wellness agenda when needed
Healthcare Service Excellence
- Establish and maintain a good relationship with the healthcare provider and improve the customer journey
- Ensure members safety and highest level of medical decision appropriateness and operational excellence
Skills
- Applied knowledge, skills and experience in general practice as appropriate for the position
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft office
- Experience in insurance and quality improvement is plus
