Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developers

Bupa Arabia currently has requirements for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developers that will develop, implement and maintain Robotic Process Automations with the use of the RPA technology platform in order to support the Digital Efficiency agenda of Bupa Arabia’s digital transformation strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

RPA Development & Delivery          

• Develop standard and efficient RPA bots
• Coordinate with business analyst on the developments and highlight any dependencies
• Implement best framework as per the requirement of the process
• Build high-quality codes and reusable components by following modular programming and architecture design
• Integrate data from various back-end web services and databases
• Coordinate effectively with the Business Analyst and create the codes as per PDD created by BA.

RPA Solutions Design

• Develop clear and accurate Technical Design Documents (TDD) to define in detail the technical design of RPA solution
• Comply with the program standards, processes and technical standards and Cyber Security protocols
• Collaborate with Lead RPA Developer and RPA team members in sprint planning and review
• Recommend changes to improve the reliability, scalability, maintainability, security and performance of developed systems

RPA Maintenance

• Keeping up to date with the latest versions in the applications used by the bots
• Update the codes as per the change request requirements received from the business and execute the integration as necessary
• Engage in code and quality reviews with peer and RPA lead developer to verify and test the developed solution
• Demonstrate the pain points foreseeing any upcoming changes
• Propose digital innovative solutions to improve the customer experience, optimize processes through automation, manage medical costs effectively and contribute to growth in the business

RPA Support

• Post launch support of each process during the hyper care period as required.
• Analyze errors and monitor performance logs, identify and route to the business or the RPA Center of Excellence (COE)
• Participate actively in the change request process which includes performing impact assessment, testing and implementation plan and code review report
• Manually trigger the bot in any attended scenarios.
• Perform continued enhancements to meet the Bupa’s business requirements

Years of Experience    

• 3-5 years’ minimum experience in RPA development preferably with experience in UiPath RPA platform

Skills Required

• Fully operational on UiPath RPA platform
• Proficient with Uipath Studio, Studio X and Orchestrator
• Skills in installation and setup of all modules of Uipath (Studio, Runtime and Orchestrator)
• Experience in OCR engines and tools like ABBY FLEXI Capture (Distributed and Standalone)
• Experience working in Agile teams & strong knowledge of agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and react to problems quickly
• Familiarity with C#.Net, JavaScript, SQL
• Knowledge in API Integrations e.g. SOAP, REST
• Knowledgeable in software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Exposure with agile development for RPA standards and best practices
