Job Description

  • To answer and dial out calls from customers professionally and responding inquiries. 
  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Follow communication script.
  • Identify customer needs clarify information, provide solution.
  • Manage and update customer databases.
  • Document and report on customer feedback to improve customer experience. 
  • Communicate the vision, mission and values of the organization to ensure compliance within the business.
