Job Description
Role Purpose:
To provide a competent, courteous, efficient and proactive response to all calls that come to BUPA Arabia internally and externally, with a high level of quality that is in line to the image & standards of BUPA.
Key Accountabilities:
1- Calls handling
- Provide a high level of customer service and professional communication skills
- Keep records of calls placed and received, and of related toll charges
- Offer special assistance to persons such as those who are unable to dial or who are in emergency situations
- Send notification email in case of no answer and follow up
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and sorting mail.
- Escalates complaints to proper channels

Skills:
- Customer Service, Call Center Agent, ability to communicate clearly, read and write effectively; in English and Arabic.
- Able to multitask and work well under stress
- Strong trouble shooting, problem-solving and analytical skills
