We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to source top-notch candidates for our company. In this role, you will be responsible for determining job requirements, screening candidates, and forecasting hiring needs. You may also be required to promote our company's brand with recruitment initiatives and events.
To ensure success as a Talent Acquisition Manager, you should possess extensive experience as a recruiter and the ability to attract the perfect candidate for each role.
Accountabilities:
- Partner with business leaders, hiring manager and the HR team to include initial in-take, on-going updates
- Full cycle recruiting from beginning to end: sourcing, phone screening, interviewing, offers, background check, etc.
- Work with a high-volume number of requisitions
- Manages a consistent, high volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive recruitment methods, reviewing qualifications and resumes of potential candidates to qualify their fit for a position
- Maintains strong pipeline of qualified candidates and cultivates strong network of passive talent
- Anticipates and proactively communicates recruiting activity and status to Leadership Team and Hiring Managers

Skills Required
- Proven experience with the talent acquisition process including sourcing, candidate identification, compensation analysis, offer proposals and offer negotiation, pre-employment validation, etc.;
- Must have the expertise of mass hiring
- Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
- Able to adapt to competing time sensitive demands.
- Detail-oriented; well-organized
- Must have the ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and procedures
- Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
- Demonstrated strong communication skills; works collaboratively with a large teams
- The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
Years of Experience
- 5 - 7 years of experience delivering substantial results in high volume hiring sourcing ( Mass Recruitment )
Education
Human resources management, industrial engineering, information system, or any relevant majors
