Responsible for the planning, execution, and evaluation of initiatives that enhance the skills, productivity, and engagement of the SME Sales team. This includes developing long-term strategies, aligning with SME sales targets, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-impact training and performance improvement programs. The role involves leading a team of specialists, overseeing engagement initiatives, and driving data-driven decision-making for SME Sales Excellence
Skill Development for SME Sales Excellence:
· Identify department-specific training needs and align them with organizational goals.
· Develop and execute targeted training strategies for SME sales teams.
· Monitor and analyze post-training impact using KPI measurements.
SME Team Engagement & Collaboration Initiatives:
· Lead sales-focused engagement initiatives such as workshops, recognition programs, and leadership activities.
· Conduct engagement surveys and implement action plans to boost morale and performance.
· Support SME Sales leadership in building a high-performance team culture.
Sales Team Performance Enablement:
· Define and implement performance tools and frameworks for SME sales teams.
· Provide structured leadership coaching and continuous development programs.
· Align performance initiatives with business targets to maximize sales efficiency
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
· Engage with SME Sales leadership and HR teams to align training and development strategies.
· Oversee vendor partnerships for learning and training solutions.
· Ensure alignment of training investments with business growth priorities
Metrics and Reporting:
· Develop real-time dashboards to monitor progress on training effectiveness.
· Implement reporting frameworks to track learning KPIs and business impact.
· Ensure continuous performance evaluation of all training, engagement, and enablement activities
