Job Description
Develop products by identifying potential products; conduct market research; generate product requirements; determine specifications, production timetables, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; develop product road maps and strategies.
Product Ideas & Development
- Conduct the analysis required to check the trends and behavior of our existing customers
- Coordinate in the market research process along with the CMI function to deliver market & customer insights
- Develop product concepts/prototypes and ideas based on the customer and market insights
Concept Testing
- Manage the concept test research in coordination with the research team
- Align with the business advisory function on the potential of the product concepts
- Coordinate with Pricing team to determine product pricing based on competitors prices and internal costs.
- Develop product road map and strategy with Sales and Pricing team
Market Enter
- Develop product communication strategy and ensure execution of product launch campaign while considering budget and time (Materials, Campaign assets…etc)
- Manage product filing to regulators including the alignment cycle with the cross-functional teams
- Conduct product training sessions and ensure delivering a comprehensive product understanding to sales staff
Post Launch Product Management
- Preparing and presenting Product PNL to stakeholders
- Monitor and report product performance and market share to the stakeholders in coordination with CMI
Skills
- Operational mind set with good implementation and execution skills.
- Proficient in both Arabic and English language (written & spoken)
- Good computer skills with capabilities in web search, excel, power point and word
- Analytical skills
