Manager - Pricing Quality Assurance

·        Own the creation and amendments of the policy and procedures for the reinsurance and underwriting practices related to corporate and SME.

·        Ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented and enforced.

·        Ensure that those procedures are monitored through periodic reviews and all underwriting practices are up-to-date and compliant with the latest updates by the regulators.

·        Communicate to pricing team the latest updates by the regulators.

·        Ensure effective embedded controls to detect inappropriate underwriting practices.

·        Manage all internal audit discussions, observations and management responses for the commercial finance observations.

·        Team up with the compliance and risk departments in order to ensure the pricing functionality is compliant with the regulators (SAMA/CCHI).

·        Lead the development of live dashboards and analytical reports in CRM and COGNOS for the Commercial Finance team and CET team.

·        Publish periodic & ad-hoc reports internally and externally such as but not limited to:

- Sales report,

- Lives report,

- Risk Register,

- RBS.

·        Ensure proper documentation and record keeping across the Pricing department.

·        Increase the team’s productivity by automating and digitizing pricing and reporting activities.

·        Leverage technology solutions to further strengthen the pricing control environment.

Education

·        BS / MS Mathematic/ Actuarial Science / Finance / Economics.

Experience Fields

·        Quantitative analysis.

·        Accounting, Finance, and exposure to Underwriting and/or Insurance Industry.

Years of Experience

·       2-5 yrs.
