Job Description
To manage PR projects and ensure the timely delivery of the projects, outcomes and key deliverables and documentation of project
Project Initiation Phase
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (project initiation documents, risk assessments, and project schedule)
- Assess cross functional and internal alignment with different stakeholders and provider relation leadership.
- Define clear deliverables, timeline and outcomes for the project during initiation phase
Process Management
- Manage all provider relation processes with documentation.
- Assess risks related to provider relation processes.
- Developing the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for all provider relation processes and accountability to approve the processes by relevant stakeholders including and not limited to corporate governance
Cross Functional Project
- Supporting and leading projects cross functionally and internally within provider relations.
- Planning and analyzing the projects impact on the provider.
- Linking projects cross functionally to PR strategy
Progress Reporting
- Develop proper tracking and measures for project progress (scorecards, dashboards, etc.)
- Consistent reporting of project progress to ensure deliverables and timelines are met
- Assure the validation of saving projects related to spectrum
- Keep track, reporting and documentation of spectrum savings
