Job Description
To design and implement digital solutions and innovation projects with cross-functional teams to support the Digital Transformation and execute all project activities and deliverables based on agreed deadline, budget and performance standard.
Business Partnership
- Facilitate all challenges and opportunities to meet the job demands and business expectations
- Analyze the problems and opportunities with cross-functional teams and identify the corresponding technological solutions which will fuel business growth, re-engineer the process towards efficiency and productivity, and achieving best in class customer service
- Engage functional owners in all Request for Information (RFI) sessions with external solution providers
- Propose compelling digital solutions for process automation and data analysis
- Manage the delivery of organizational objectives within the agreed timeframe, while maintaining high quality standards and ensuring that the efficiency & speed of projects delivery is maintained
- Build a successful business relationship/ partnership with outsourced development company (ODC) and vendors
Projects Development and Insights
- Manage & support the business case preparation for highly strategic projects
- Prepare project charter document (vision, objectives, scope, deliverables, risks and summarized plan) for agreed projects
- Conduct commercial viability analysis and review to ensure cost and healthcare outcome effectiveness
- Research and benchmark with market data, evaluate competitor offerings and identify service gaps and opportunities in healthcare insurance services
Design & Appraisal
- Undertake data collection and budget considerations.
- Identify project ideas and proposals consistent with strategic focus
- Develop clear systems that provides real-time information relevant to development and supports objectives
- Present the final appraisal of projects with CET and SMT leadership teams for consensus
- Manage project resource, risk mitigation, quality assurance, supplier selection criteria and change management plans
Project Management & Implementation
- Implement various components of a solution through the effective execution of the methodology using solid functional, technical and/or project management methodology.
- Monitor & control the progress of International project activities against the agreed plan on a regular basis
- Ensure deliverables are on time and meet customer needs as analyzed.
- Identify and report potential risks and mitigation actions
- Share regular project progress reports with all internal and external stakeholders
Project Completion & Evaluation
- Develop robust monitoring and feedback systems.
- Identify outstanding items (activities and risks) and drive the closure with effective outcomes
- Hand-over plan to ensure smooth transition to customer environment
- Monitor, deliver and close supplier agreements
- Conduct post implementation review and evaluation to ensure optimal service delivery
- Document and archive project plan document in a central repository
- Use different communication channels and tools to leverage new services in customers & partner providers/vendors
